Because every item we create is custom-made at time of order, personalized orders cannot be returned or refunded.

However we at Dust & Ember. proudly stand behind our craftsmanship.
If your custom item arrives:

• damaged
• incorrect
• defective
• improperly engraved due to our error

We will remake or replace it quickly.

Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days if unused.
